NEW Luxury Townhouse w/ Rooftop Deck

The location is wonderful! Take advantage of the community center that has a gym and pool within close proximity to the unit. The team was responsive throughout the stay. If a light sleeper, be aware that you may hear road noise, but turning the fan to the highest speed setting should drown it out. The townhouse is clean. Suggest including a welcome packet that details community center access, local restaurants, etc. The location provides easy access to all that San Diego has to offer!

My family and I had a great trip staying at San Diego at Derek’s home. It was about 20 minutes to get to most beaches and downtown San Diego. The home was clean and had everything we needed plus a great gym, two pools, and a beautiful park within walking distance. Grocery store was 5 minutes away for anything we needed to grab. Any time we had a question, someone was able to be reached quickly. Nancy was a huge help to us!

Modern, comfortable, and clean townhome in a nice community. The balcony on the second floor and the rooftop on the third floor were great spots to hang out with a view. Absolutely a fantastic property with great communication from the host, would not hesitate to stay here again!
